Simple terms for Helix.
Straightforward rules that keep Helix private, safe, and honest for everyone. Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. The service
Helix is a privacy-first messaging application that lets you talk with the people who matter, over an end-to-end encrypted connection. You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with these terms.
2. Your account
You create an account using your phone number. You're responsible for keeping your device and account secure. If you lose access, or believe your account has been compromised, let us know and we'll help you regain control.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete my account. See our delete-account guide for details.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Helix to break the law, harass others, spread malware, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.
4. Our commitment to you
We're upfront about how we handle your data — no fine print traps, no selling your information, no reading your messages. The full picture is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Significant changes will be highlighted, and continued use of Helix means you accept the updated terms.
