Delete your Helix account.
You control your data — including its end. Deleting your account permanently removes your Helix profile and all associated data. It can't be undone, and the choice lives right inside the app.
Open Settings
In the Helix app, go to the Settings screen (the "You" tab).
Find the danger zone
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and open the Account section.
Choose "Delete my account"
Confirm in the dialog. Your profile, messages, media, and account data are permanently erased.
That's it
You're signed out everywhere and your data is removed. If you return later, you start fresh.
Or remove just part of your data
Don't want to delete your account? You can remove individual messages or whole conversations at any time, right from the app.
Delete a single message
Long-press any message you sent (or received) and choose "Delete for everyone". It's removed from the conversation for everyone involved.
Clear an entire conversation
Open a chat, tap the conversation menu, then choose "Clear chat". The message history for that thread is permanently removed from your account.
Delete an entire conversation
From your chat list, long-press (or swipe) a conversation and choose "Delete". The conversation and its history are permanently removed.
It's immediate
Every deletion above takes effect right away and can't be undone — no retention window, no waiting.
